Please note that there is no reception at this park. You will be notified as soon as your accommodation is ready. You will receive the house number of your accommodation, a map of the park, the route to the park and a code for the key box. You will find the key box next to the front door of your accommodation.
You can park your car at or near the accommodation (depending on the type chosen). The specific number of parking spaces per accommodation can be found in the accommodation features. Additional cars can be parked in the central car park.
You can charge your car at Landal Clofers Rattendorf (about 800 metres from the park).
When entering Austria by car, please note that motorway and motorway toll stickers and high-visibility vests are compulsory. Vignettes are available from most automobile clubs, at motorway service stations near the border and online as a digital vignette.
Arrival and departure
Please report to reception when you arrive. There you will receive the key to your accommodation and further information. Are you arriving outside reception opening hours? Please contact us in advance.
Your accommodation will be ready for you from 16:00 at the latest. Discover the surroundings of the park if you arrive earlier.
The accommodation should be vacated by 10:00 at the latest.
We ask that you leave the accommodation broom clean, unload the dishwasher and collect the bed linen. We do the rest!

You can use free Wi-Fi throughout the park.
This is a pet-free park, pets are not allowed in this park.
Baby cot and high chair can be hired directly at the park. It is not possible to specify this when booking online. Please contact the park directly.
The ski bus stops right outside the holiday park. This means you can easily reach the valley station of the Millenium Express 3.3 km away.

No, it is currently not possible to book all Roompot parks via Landal.com. We currently offer a small selection of parks. All other parks can be booked via the official Roompot website.
It is possible that your stay, facilities and services are slightly different to what you are used to at Landal.
