Arrival and departure
Upon arrival at the park, check in at the park reception. Here you will receive the key to your accommodation. Reception can be reached by phone at +49 (0) 5447 92 10 10. The e-mail address is: rezeption@marissa-ferienpark.de.

On the day of arrival, your accommodation will be available from 16:00. We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation before 10.00 am on the day of departure. For more information, please have a look at the rental documents which you will receive from NOVASOL after booking.
In cooperation with NOVASOL
Ferienpark Marissa is rented out by our sister company NOVASOL. The quality of services and facilities are in keeping with the familiar Landal feel. NOVASOL's general (booking) conditions apply to a booking at Ferienpark Marissa. After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice from NOVASOL. NOVASOL will also answer any further questions you may have about your stay on 013-7440202.
Good to know
Parking
You can park your car near your accommodation. There are also public parking spaces available.

Pets
In several bungalows dogs are allowed free of charge. If you wish to bring your four-legged friend along on holiday, please contact NOVASOL after booking.
Bed linen and towels
At Ferienpark Marissa you are not obliged to hire bed linen and towels. You can also bring your own bed linen or book bed linen via NOVASOL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book this online via Landal GreenParks.

Free wifi throughout the park.

From whom do I receive the booking confirmation and who can I contact if I have any questions?
After making your reservation you will receive all further information from Roompot itself. If you have questions about your booking or accommodation, our Roompot colleagues are ready to answer them, via telephone number: +31 88 205 9000.

How can I add extras and preferences to my reservation?
Extras (for example bed linen or another package) to your reservation can be added in My Roompot. You will find all information about this in your booking confirmation. Preferences (such as choosing a house number or adding a pet to your travel group) can be made by contacting Roompot's Guest Service after making your booking, via telephone number: +31 88 205 9000.

Can I book all Roompot parks via the Landal website?
No, it is currently not possible to book all Roompot parks via Landal.com. We currently offer a small selection of parks. All other parks can be booked via the official Roompot website.

Is my holiday at Roompot different from that at Landal?
It is possible that your stay, facilities and services are slightly different to what you are used to at Landal. After making your booking, you will receive all information from Roompot, clearly stating what the park has to offer during your stay. Do you still have a question? Is Bollo also present at the Roompot parks?
Our mascot Bollo is not present at the Roompot holiday parks. But his good friend Koos lives at the parks with a Kids' Club, and is looking forward to meeting you!
