Arrival and departure

Please report to reception upon arrival at the park. There you will receive the key to your accommodation and more information. Are you arriving outside reception opening hours? Please contact us in advance.
Check-in from 16:00
You can of course use the park facilities before this time. Or discover the surroundings of the park.
Check-out until 10:00
You are of course very welcome at the park facilities for the rest of the day.

Good to know

Wifi
Wi-Fi is not available in the accommodation. You can use free Wi-Fi at the reception and/or restaurant.
Pets
Two medium-sized dogs are allowed in the pet-accessible accommodation. Select your pet(s) in the travel group to see which accommodation allows pets, or view the features of your accommodation. On the park you must keep your dog on a lead, unless indicated otherwise.
No cot linen
Cot linen is not included in your stay, nor is it available at the park.
Hot tubs
In the interests of your safety, we have to carry out maintenance procedures and water checks/changes to our hot tubs after each holiday break. This may result in your hot tub not being at optimum temperature on the first night of your holiday.

How can I add extras and preferences to my reservation?
Extras (for example bed linen or another package) to your reservation can be added in My Roompot. You will find all information about this in your booking confirmation. Can I book all Roompot parks via the Landal website?
No, it is currently not possible to book all Roompot parks via Landal.com. We currently offer a small selection of parks. All other parks can be booked via the official Roompot website.

Is Bollo also present at the Roompot parks?
Our mascot Bollo is not present at the Roompot holiday parks. But his good friend Koos lives at the parks with a Kids' Club, and is looking forward to meeting you!
