Does Roompot have suitable holiday accommodation for persons with disabilities?
Yes, we have. At some of our parks, you will find adapted holiday accommodations. This could include an extra spacious bathroom with supports, a shower chair or a height-adjustable kitchen. You can find these holiday accommodations by searching using the filter Suited for disabled. The adjustments vary according to type of home and park.

What is a preferential booking?
In a preferential booking, you indicate one or more preferences. For example, for a specific place or house number, a certain location on the park or for several adjacent holiday homes. Special requirements for your holiday home also fall under preferences, such as pet-free, with a dishwasher, bathtub or sauna. Preferences for which you have to pay extra and for which not, varies by park. The surcharge amount will appear automatically during booking. If you choose multiple paid preferences, you only pay the surcharge once. You pay €32.95 for a preferred amenity and €44,00 for a specific house number.

Why can't I add a dog or other pet when I make a booking?
If you can't add pets while booking, there may be 2 reasons. Either your chosen holiday home is not suitable for pets, or there are no more holiday homes available of this type where pets are allowed.

If an inventory is available for your holiday home, you will find this on the page of the holiday home under Amenities.

What is the minimum age to make a booking?
The minimum age to book is 21 years. An older person cannot guarantee a travel group made up entirely of people under the age of 21. Each tour group must therefore consist of at least 1 person over the age of 21.

What is the deadline for booking a holiday accommodation?
You can book a holiday home at any time, even on the day of arrival. The holiday home of your choice must of course still be available for the required period. Therefore, it is best to book on time.

Is my online booking guaranteed?

Yes, online bookings are confirmed with immediate effect. If you place your booking, you agree to the General Terms & Conditions. By doing so you enter into a payment obligation. You will receive confirmation of your booking by email within one hour.

Is it possible to indicate a preference for a non-smoking or pet-free holiday home?
All our holiday homes are 100% smoke-free. For a pet-free holiday home, you can indicate a preference for free when booking.

Is it possible to book a specific number of a holiday home or campsite?
Yes, while booking, you can indicate any preferences. This can be done for a specific number of a holiday home or campsite, or for a certain amenity in a holiday home. You pay €32.95 for a particular prefered amenity and €44.00 for a specific house number.

How do online bookings work?
First, find the perfect holiday. Choose a park, travel period and holiday accommodation. On the page of the holiday home, in the price table, click on Continue and you will land on the booking page. Fill in the travel group, any extras and your personal details. Then make your booking, and accordingly agree to the General Terms & Conditions. By doing so, you enter into a payment obligation, and your booking is confirmed with immediate effect. You will receive confirmation of your booking by email within one hour.

How can I make a booking for a longer period?

Can I book more than 1 holiday accommodation at a time?
Yes, that's possible. If you're making an online booking, refer to the other booking in the comments box. Our Guest Services staff will link the bookings later. Do you need some advice or help? Our Guest Service staff will be happy to help you.
Please note that preferential fees will be charged if you book several homes at the same time or have the booking linked.

Group bookings
Are you travelling with a family group? To book up to 10 properties at the same time, please book by phone via our Guest Services.

What are the regulations for assistance dogs?
For assistance dogs, the regulations are different from the ones for ordinary pets. Are all the holiday homes where pets are allowed, fully booked? Then your assistance dog is also welcome in a pet-free holiday home. For assistance dogs you only pay a compulsory final cleaning fee; the usual pet fee is waived.

What are the additional charges apart from the rent?
When searching for a holiday, enter your travel date and travel group for starters. The prices you will then see, include all mandatory charges for your group. Only the deposit is added to this, but this will be refunded when you leave the accommodation neat and clean.

In the i with the price, you will see exactly which costs are included. If bed linen or final cleaning isn't included, but you would like to add this to your booking, these costs will be added to the rent.

If you do not specify a travel group, the price shown will be a calculation example. So your holiday price may differ if you arrive with a different number of people.

Can I book extras once I have made my booking?
Yes, you can add extras to your booking in My Roompot up until the day before your arrival. Here you will find an overview of all available extras. You can also book extras during your stay at the Service point. Remember though that by booking extras in advance you can be sure they will be available.

I have made a booking

The holiday home I booked, has become cheaper. Does this new price apply to me too?
No, when you book, you'll pay the lowest price at that time. If we offer a holiday home at a discount ob later, the lower price does not apply to bookings that have already been made.

I have made bookings for a midweek and the following weekend. Can I stay in the same accommodation for both bookings?
To do this, please contact our Guest Service. They will check whether it is possible to link the different bookings to one holiday home.

Can someone else take over my booking?
No, this is not possible. You may however have other people spend the night in the holiday home you have booked. Except for people under 21 years of age or those who have to overnight for work. Please remember to pass on any new guests' particulars to our Guest Service. Please note, the booking remains under your name and you remain responsible at all times.

I have not received confirmation of my booking. What should I do now?
Your booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when making the booking. It may be that address has been wrongly entered or that the confirmation has landed in your Trash/Spam folder. If so, please contact our Guest Service.
