I am unable to complete the payment for my booking. What should I do?
After booking, you will receive a confirmation containing all the details and references to pay. Using this information, you can transfer the amount directly through your bank. In the "description" field, enter the reference that appears on your cost statement. Please transfer your payment to IBAN: NL24 ABNA 0517 3435 17, in the name of Holiday-Services. That's the party processing the payments to and from Roompot. So you will see this name as the beneficiary. If you still can't pay, please e-mail the Financial Service. They will be happy to help you with your payment.
