I'm sick. Can I cancel my holiday?

First of all: we hope you get well soon! You can cancel your booking free of charge within 14 days of placing it. This applies to bookings for which the arrival date is at least 30 days from the day of booking. You can cancel easily via My Roompot. Did you book a last-minute holiday with arrival within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation rates apply. How much you pay for cancelling depends on when you cancel. If you have cancellation insurance, you can check in your policy conditions whether you can get a refund of these costs.
